1. The caller chooses Press 1 for online ordering from the main menu.
2. The IVR plays a separate SMS consent announcement explaining the sender, the one-time ordering link, message frequency, message and data rates, and STOP/HELP instructions.
3. The caller must press 1 again to opt in to receive the requested SMS. Pressing 2 returns to the main menu without requesting a text.
4. We send the requested ordering link to the mobile number associated with the incoming call, where supported. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing food.
