1. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program description
Pushpika Investments LLC, doing business as Mr Biryani Den, operates an informational text messaging program for customers who specifically request a link to place an online food order. Each completed IVR opt-in request is intended to produce one SMS containing the ordering link. This IVR opt-in does not enroll callers in recurring promotional or marketing messages.
How customers opt in
Customers call +1 (669) 239-2797 directly, or reach our IVR through a restaurant telephone line. The main menu offers online ordering (Press 1), catering and corporate orders (Press 2), and speaking with our team (Press 3). After choosing online ordering, callers hear a separate SMS consent prompt. They must explicitly press 1 again after the disclosure to request the text message. Pressing 2 at the consent prompt returns to the main menu without sending an SMS.

"To receive a text message from Mr Biryani Den with our online ordering link, press 1. By pressing 1, you agree to receive the requested ordering link by text. Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. To return to the main menu without receiving a text message, press 2."
Only callers who complete this affirmative opt-in step are sent the requested link to the number shown as their caller ID, when that number is capable of receiving text messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
